PatrioticKicks has no minimum order quantity (no MOQ). You can order as few as one pair of custom shoes or as many as thousands. Whether you're an individual customer or a corporation ordering bulk, we handle orders of any size with the same quality and speed.
How fast can you produce custom shoes?
We offer 1-3 day rush production and 3-5 day standard production with no price difference. Our facilities can produce 2,000 pairs of shoes daily, with the ability to scale capacity for urgent orders.
How many design revisions do I get?
Unlimited free design revisions. Our professional design team provides mockups within 24 hours, and you can request as many changes as needed. Average revision time is 5 minutes.
Do you work with corporations and businesses?
Yes. 70% of our revenue comes from corporate clients including HR departments, event planners, marketing teams, and procurement managers. We serve major brands like Google, Samsung, and others with no minimum order requirements.
Are your products eco-friendly?
Yes. We use 100% recycled materials with 50% currently in production. All products are eco-certified with GRS certification, and we maintain a 1% defect rate through Total Quality Control.
How long does the delivery take?
Our orders are processed within 3-5 business days. The estimated delivery time is usually 7-15 business days, making the total delivery time 10-20 business days, depending on your delivery address.
How can I track my order?

Can I change my shipping address?
If you would like to change your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. After this period, the order might already be processed, and we may not be able to make changes.
What should I do if my package arrives damaged?
If your package is damaged during transit, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the delivery and provide photos of the damaged package and product, along with your order number. We will offer a replacement or refund.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, cancellation may not be possible as production or shipping may have already begun.
